Goodbye 17 – Faulconer Cutscene | ENG DUB

This changes the cutscene where Cell absorbs 17 to play the Faulconer bgm.

ENG Dub only - also removes the subtitles. 

Just extract them into you game directory e.g (steam/steamapps/common/)

Should also point out that this will delete and replace the original. I suggest making a backup.
